Cody Simpson is an Australian musician, writer, artist and swimmer. As his fame and music career has sky rocketed so has has athleticism. Most known as Australia’s biggest Pop Star, Cody Simpson has progressed not only in superstardom, but in his artistry and athleticism. His commitment to his craft in music, writing, swimming, and protecting the earth, saw him become the first ever United Nations Development Programme for the Oceans. Parallel to his career as Musician he has always been dedicated to his swimming and life in the water. An avid surfer and elite swimmer and he has won several swimming medals, including 2 gold medals at the Queensland Swimming Championships. Most recently, Cody has been training to make the Australian swim team for the 2021 summer Olympics in Japan and achieved the qualifying standard in the 100-meter butterfly at 54.91, well ahead of the 56.87 qualifying Standard.
